We started The Gazette on a simple conviction: that the internet had plenty of speed and not enough patience. We publish reporting, essays and criticism built to last longer than a news cycle — work you’ll want to email to a friend, or come back to in a year. No outrage machine, no infinite scroll. Just good writing, clearly edited, read at your own pace.
