A premium, motion-rich native meditation & sleep app — guided meditations, sleep stories, soundscapes, breathing exercises, a daily calm ritual and progress. A nocturnal, dawn-to-dusk design with a signature breathing-orb session player and synthesized ambient soundscapes. Built front-end-only with a convincingly simulated backend — a native app, previewed honestly here as a guided device showcase, not faked as a live browser app.

The walkthrough
A signature breathing-orb player
The centerpiece: a layered SVG orb that expands on the inhale and settles on the exhale, synced to a real inhale/hold/exhale timeline with live phase labels, an ambient soundscape control, a session timeline and a calming twilight gradient over a drifting star field — every frame on the UI thread (Reanimated).
A daily ritual that knows the hour
Today greets you by time of day, surfaces a calm ritual card, a one-tap mood check-in, your streak and goal, quick 1–10 minute sits, and tonight's sleep story — a living home that changes from dawn to dusk.
Guided breathing, beautifully visualized
Box, 4-7-8, calm and coherent patterns drive an animated breathing visualizer with a live phase count and cycle tracker, gentle haptics on each turn, and a serene completion screen — with a full reduced-motion fallback.
Progress as calm data-viz
An aurora progress ring, streak / minutes / sessions and a 16-week mindful-minutes heatmap with indigo→rose intensity — quiet, motivating and honest.
A whole world for winding down
Sleep stories with named narrators, tap-to-play synthesized soundscapes (rain, ocean, white noise, forest, drone), a sleep timer and a three-step wind-down routine — in a darker, deeper night canvas.
