Katha means story
A dining house built around the generous tables of Nepal.
Katha is a fictional restaurant with a real point of view: smoky grills, bright achar, long lunches, and tea that keeps the conversation going. The rooms feel collected rather than decorated—each corner carrying a memory from Kathmandu.
Breakfast rolls into lunch, lunch has a habit of becoming dinner, and nobody is hurried out. Our menus travel from Newar feasts to Himalayan kitchens while remaining easy, familiar, and made for sharing.
